Kit Throne
First impression of this drumset?
Hey guys. My friend is selling a used (apparently in good condition) drumset for about $300. Here are the specifics. Also, bare with me, because he doesn't know all of the details, such as hardware, type of snare, drum head brand, etc.
-Pearl 5 piece drumset
-Used, but in good condition
-Comes with hi hat, crash, ride, and china cymbal (all Pearl brand)
-Also comes with double bass pedal and a throne
So my first question is: Is this worth it? I had one friend tell me that this set, new, would be worth over 1 grand, while another friend told me he wouldn't pay more than 100 dollars for this (both are excellent drummers by the way).
Also, here is a picture of the set. Its the only one I have right now, because I have not seen this kit in person yet, only through descriptions in text messages and this one picture.

I don't see anything wrong with it except the fact that the skin on that snare drum is kind of manky :-/ So you might want to get that replaced... or at least that's what it looks like...
