Help! what are the vital signs of a person in a car accident?

im writing an article for Scientific med and my synopsis was someone in a car accident. Are insensitive and probably die, but they are not dead yet. What is blood pressure? pulse? resp.? skin? students?

Well what are their injuries? Hypovolemic shock usually causes a decrease in blood pressure, increased pulse and respiration, and the skin cold and clammy. A head injury resulting in increased intracranial pressure can cause high blood pressure, slowed pulse and abnormal breathing (Cushing's triad, have generally decreased breathing), and dilated pupils and sluggish or fixed (usually not less to be very serious, may be one or two pupils depending on the lesion).
