best places to find useless rusted parts for art project?
I'm doing an art project on the conformity of society, and I'm tempted to make a person entirely on old pieces of rusted metal car, rusted cans and other miscellaneous waste. I have literally no budget, and I'm struggling to think of places that sell cheap parts rusted. I was thinking advice / Jumps, or junkyards, .. Is it illegal to take things from there? thank you very much .. ideas would be greatly appreciated!
