Signature Snare
Drum Set Advice/Help?
alright I have been drumming for about 4 years but have had a drum set for 2 years. it is a yamaha rhydeen but its on its last leg. I recently got a new snare drum and im thinking that im just gonna buy the Pearl Chad Smith Signature shell pack for $399.99 at guitar center. I know its a shell pack but what does it come with. The stand to hold the tom tom? the legs to hold the floor toms? Heads for the drums?
can some on please help me or if you don't think the shell pack is good suggest another set or shell pack in the $400-$650 range.

For the $400 to &600 money range...you might as well buy a whole drum kit for that much...or go your local music store and look at the USED drum kits...you could get a whole for that money amount. Look in Pawn Shops, Salvation Army stores, Ebay & local Goodwill stores too. They do carry USED drum kits too if you call them and ask.
Also...look at these drum kits for around $500 to $700
DDrum Punx kit for $500 to $600
Tama Rockstar, Superstar or Imperialstar kits. the Tama Imperialstar kit for $700 comes complete with hardware and Meinl cymbals too
Ludwig Accent kit for $600
Pearl kit for $500 to $600
Shell packs come with the drum shells only...
they dont come with hardware ( the cymbal stands) I dont think.
IT just might be the Tom-Toms, the Floor Tom and maybe the Bass Drum too. Thats what I'm thinking because I've never bought a shell pack before...I usually bought the whole drum kit for with all my former drum kits.
