how do u do water and explosion with acrylic paint?

how can u make a water effect and also an explosion with acrylic paint cuz in art im trying to make a pic its got a plane crashing into a building which is situated in a new york which is being flooded
sorta 9/11 crossed with the day after tomorrow (water is still pretty rough and foamy)
anyone got any tips

wet the paper and paint on it
also paint on top after it has dried ,throw paint at the canvas with your brush, remember flames are not just reds and yellows,there is purple, black, blue,smoke greys,flames reflect from clouds and off buildings,go on have a go,then when you are done pick out highlights and details after it has dried,have fuuun.
