Is this a good drum kit package?

And I just need to find 4 stands for my crashes and ride, and a hi hat stand, and a snare stand. I wanna try and get the stands cheep does anyone know how i could like get a pack like that for near 150 or less?
the drums and cymbals are definitely worth it, as for the stands, you might not be able to find ones in a pack, but maybey check the pawn shop or something
