how do I wire my 68 coupe mustang?
I have a 68 coupe mustang, with no wiring at all, should I just wire everything with speaker wiring or do I need something special, and What kind of dash kit should I get, because vintage systems are really expensive.
Using speaker wire for this type of application would be, well, bad. You'll need color coding to make tracing any type of electrical issue easier. Also, different circuits will need different gauge wires to carry the proper current with less chance of melting.
For an automobile like that, you'll probably want to buy an entire wiring kit, which often comes with instructions, so anyone, of any education, or experience level can install them.
Your best source would probably be a painless wiring kit - I've used these in the past, and have always had good results.
