Cymbals unevenly weighted?

I received a crash cymbal for my battery, but every time I play it, it seems to turn so I hit the same spot on every time I play. Is there a way I can evenly distribute the weight evenly so I'm not just hit the spot?

The cymbals are not even thickness all around, there are some thicker parts or denser than others. Irregularity of the cymbals that give them their votes complex and several choices of colors when you hit different parts of them. When they are inclined, it will always run on the heavier side which is also called natural balance of the cymbal. If you preferred sweet spot cymbal on your part will always remain thin on the other side. When you crash a lot round however, he will always find its way back to where it naturally wants to sit on the stand. Another reason to ride on the heavier side on the stand may be slightly out drilled center holes. Although the solution by playing sweet spot would flatten the angle of the cymbal so that gravity will not have much effect, many drummers play the cymbals allow free movement.
